A star who is considered to be a legend and one who has revolutionized the business is Kurt Angle. The WWE Hall of Famer recently shared a picture from his rookie year.
Kurt Angle took to Twitter to share a rare photo from his rookie year. Fans will immediately notice that Angle is wearing black tights, a contrast from his trademark red, white and blue, United States-themed singlets.

Kurt Angle on having security for his Olympic Gold Medals
One of the biggest heels in WWE has always been someone who flaunts their wealth, claims to overprotect their assets, and cheats to win. When the WWE Hall of Famer was a heel he had security guards for his Olympic Gold Medals. During an episode of the Kurt Angle Show, the Hall of Famer shared his thoughts on the gimmick.
“The writers. It was a heat magnet to have security for my gold medal. And for me it was awesome. I loved that, I embellished it, I thought it was awesome. So I kind of amped it up a bit. But I was really excited about this. Because I knew it would draw a lot of heat. It is [makes it feel super important]. You know… It is… I’ve had my gold medal since I started. Did I ever have security before that? So all of a sudden I have security and now I’m an asshole,” Kurt Angle said.
Will Kurt Angle ever return to wrestle?
Kurt Angle has not wrestled in a few years. Recently, Angle revealed if he would ever return to wrestle in WWE.
“Yeah, I’ll talk all day and night, but I’m not going to wrestle,” Kurt Angle said. “I’m 55 going on 80. WWE has utilized me. Last year, I did a segment in Pittsburgh where I had the milk truck in the arena and I sprayed down Chad Gable and Otis with milk. That was a remake of what I did against Steve Austin in 2001.
“They also had a birthday celebration for me. I do certain events with them. I’m still signed with them, I have a contract with WWE. I’m sure they’re going to possibly use me for something at WrestleMania or Royal Rumble or something. They always come up with something. I’ll eventually do something crazy with WWE and I’m sure I will in the future.” [H/T Fightful.com]
