WWE is looking to pull on all of the nostalgia strings this weekend for the return of Saturday Night’s Main Event on NBC.
Earlier today it was reported that an injured WWE Superstar might be returning as soon as this weekend’s event. But that’s not all for a potential list of surprises the company has in store.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, the following Hall of Famers have been confirmed to appear at this weekend’s Saturday Night’s Main Event special.
- “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase
- “The Mouth of the South” Jimmy Hart
- Tito Santana
- Greg “The Hammer” Valentine
- “The Birdman” Koko B. Ware
In addition to these WWE Hall of Famers, Jesse “The Body” Ventura will return to commentary for the event. Cody Rhodes will also reportedly come to the ring sporting the Winged Eagle Championship. A title that Rhodes has been campaigning to bring back for quite some time.
