Former TNA Wrestling’s Knockouts Champion, Rosemary is set to return to AAA this year.
Rosemary made her return to TNA Wrestling along with her tag team partner Havok at the Hard To Kill pay-per-view. This appearance came after the pair worked as Courtney Rush and Jessicka for several months.
Recently, it was announced that Rosemary will be making her return to AAA at the TripleMania XXXII special event. She will be a part of the AAA vs TNA Wrestling women’s match. Rosemary will be teaming up with Havok and Tasha Steelz to represent the Nashville-based promotion. While, Las Toxicas (Lady Flammer, La Hiedra, and Lady Maravilla) will represent AAA.
“HIGHEST LEVEL Women’s Wrestling! AAA vs @ThisIsTNA in #TriplemaniaXXXII Tijuana. ?? ?️ June 15. | ⌚ 6:00 PM. ?️ Tickets on sale at @boletomovil,” AAA wrote (via translation).
This will mark Rosemary’s first appearance in AAA since 2017, when she was part of a controversial match with Sexy Star. The pair (along with Ayako Hamada and Lady Shani) were competing in a four-way at TripleMania XXV, and Sexy Star used a legitimate armbar and injured Rosemary during the finish of the match.
Rosemary on the different eras Decay has gone through
In a recent interview with WrestleZone, Rosemary opened up about how Decay has traveled through many eras in professional wrestling. The one constant, however, is their “Left Behind” theme song, which was written for them rather than being a licensed song.
“We do want to add on to that, too. Because with a band, with music, art, and their sound, it’s always evolving and they do have different eras. You go through different looks. Decay, we’ve gone through different looks, incarnations. If you look back over the years, we’ve never looked the same year by year. Half the time, even every six months will change up what we look like.
“But that common thread, that common uniting tone, that scream that opens with the static hand going out and then the ‘Left Behind’ song, which was written specifically for us. A lot of people do miss ‘The Nobodies,’ but that wasn’t written for us. That was just something we felt fit us. ‘Left Behind’ was written for us. It’s now this common uniting thread throughout all of the existence of Decay that no matter how we look, who’s involved in the group, no matter what we’re wearing or what style we’re performing in, this is Decay. And we like that,” Rosemary said.
