Omos Hopes To See More African Talent In WWE

WWE has made it a mission to constantly expand its business. The Stamford-based promotion is regularly scouting for talents all over the world. Recently, Omos shared his interest in wanting to see more talents from his home nation.

Muscle Man Malcolm recently interviewed the seven-foot, three-inch tall giant. Malcolm mentioned WWE’s scouting efforts around the world. With that being said, Omos revealed that he wants to see more people become WWE Superstars from his home continent of Africa. He also mentioned that people in Africa are highly fond of WWE and he is also looking forward to returning to his home town.

“Absolutely yeah. [Wants to see more African talent come into the WWE]. I hope whenever we get around today, we get to go back home and go have a try[out] back home. I think it will be such an amazing thing to give the people back home. They actually really yearning for it. So, I didn’t know that. So when, I went back home for the first time in 14 years, I was like, ‘Oh wow! We have a lot of WWE fans that are hungry for WWE content, whatever it is.’ So, I’m looking to going back home whenever that is,” Omos said.

Omos claims The Undertaker is his Wrestling Dad

During a recent interview with Steve Fall for Ten Count Media, The Nigerian Giant mentioned that The Undertaker is his ‘Wrestling Dad’.

“I’ve been very, very fortunate that someone that I hold in very high regard in The Undertaker has showered me with such praise,” Omos said. ” I don’t take that very lightly because I know what that means, and I know what he sees for me. I just hope that I can live up to the expectations he’s setting up for me, and hopefully I can make him proud because Undertaker is like my wrestling dad.”

“Lucky for me, I haven’t done anything that would warrant any spanking as it pertains to wrestling,” Omos said.
