Four items have been announced for next week’s WWE SmackDown.
The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship will be defended once again as Kayden Carter and Katana Chance will put the gold on the line against Damage CTRL’s Asuka and Kairi Sane.
That match came about after Asuka and Sane confronted Chance and Carter following their successful defense against The Unholy Union on January 19.
Two other singles matches will take place as Carlito will have his awaited one-on-one shot at Santos Escobar. The two were originally slated to face each other at Survivor Series before Dragon Lee replaced Carlito.
Plus, Austin Theory and Carmelo Hayes will face off again after their January 12 match ended in referee stoppage. The two shared words backstage this week to set up a rematch.
It’s also been confirmed that Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits will meet The Final Testament’s Karrion Kross, AOP, Scarlett, and Paul Ellering face-to-face in the ring.
Below is the updated lineup for January 26, which will be the final show before Royal Rumble:
