Justin Credible is one of the most well-known stars of ECW. He still remains active in the business today. Although his last major match was back in 2020, his presence has been felt at several promotions in the independent circuit.
Recently, the wrestling veteran appeared at GCW’s C’mon Dude in Hartford. Following that, Justin Credible took to Twitter to share a heartfelt thanks for the wrestling promotion for having him on the show.
“I want to thank @Lauderdale11 & @GCWrestling_ for having me last night in Hartford. Not only is it great for the fans you make a veteran wrestler feel like he has a place in today’s business. You guys embody the spirit of pro wrestling ?,” Justin Credible tweeted.
Justin Credible remembers smoking a joint with WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan
A few weeks ago, Justin Credible was interviewed by Steve Fall of WrestlingNews.co. During the interview, the 50-year-old veteran shared an interesting story about Hulk Hogan. He revealed that following an episode of Monday Night Raw, he and Hulk Hogan smoked a joint together.
“I remember we were in Minneapolis, I believe, doing TV, and I was with Sean Waltman. We went over to Hulk Hogan’s room because Scott [Hall] and Kevin [Nash] were there. [Hulk] was still in the [in-ring gear] gimmick and we were in his room because we were going to smoke a joint. There I was, smoking a joint with Hulk Hogan after Monday Night RAW. So, that was pretty cool.
“It was just really mellow. But seeing Hulk Hogan roll it up, I’m like, ‘Yeah…’ [nods his head ‘yes’] And I’m not a [big pot smoker]. I don’t smoke today, not much even then, but seeing him like that, just being cool and chill was interesting. It was cool.”
