It is safe to say that Jey Uso is one of the most popular wrestlers today. The two-time WWE Undisputed World Tag Team Champion has gained a lot of popularity since parting ways with Roman Reigns and the rest of the Bloodline. He is arguably the most fan-favorite star in all of professional wrestling. He recently shared a heartfelt message to thank fans for their support.
This past Monday, before Monday Night Raw, Jey Uso was scheduled for a meet and greet with fans. The event took place at the 4123 Branch Avenue in Temple Hill, Maryland. It was a two-hour event that started at 11 AM Eastern Standard Time and ended at 1 PM. This was an event sponsored by Cricket Wireless.
It is also to be noted that for the first time in his entire WWE career, Mr. Main Event, Jey Uso was taking part in a meet and greet just solely by himself. Of course, there was a crowd of fans who showed up to see the former WWE SmackDown and Raw Tag Team Champion.
Following the event, Mr. Main Event took to Instagram to share his love and gratitude towards the fans. He seemingly was extremely nervous as he was not confident that people would show up to see him.
“To everyone who came to see me- MItsJusUsUcening ALONE- I was nervous no one would be there!! But u guys SHOWED UP FOR ME!!!! I’m humbled and thankful for everyone’s support and love!! Literally was speechless!! I love u guys!!? I mean dat. YEET #ItsJusUsUce,” Jey Uso said.
Later on Raw, Uso and Rhodes failed to capture the tag team titles, thanks to some outside help from Drew McIntyre.
