James Drake and Zack Gibson are ready for the next chapter of his professional wrestling career.
Drake took to social media yesterday to tease the next chapter for the Grizzled Young Veterans as their WWE contracts officially expire on October 14, tweeting out:
“ICYMI. Tomorrow, a new chapter begins. Thank you everyone who has supported us through the past 7 years, it really does mean a lot. I’m excited and equally terrified for what comes next. I haven’t felt this alive in such a long time. Life is for living, don’t forget that,” James Drake said in a post.
Today, Drake and Gibson posted their first post-WWE promo teasing the next chapter for them as the Grizzled Young Veterans. You can check out what they had to say in the embedded tweet below.
While we don’t know what’s next for the Grizzled Young Veterans since their WWE contracts have expired, they can show up anywhere they please immediately due to there being no non-compete.
