A familiar face welcomed Jey Uso to WWE RAW.
On the September 4 episode of WWE RAW, Jey Uso came to the ring to kick off a new chapter of his career. As revealed at WWE Payback, Cody Rhodes pulled some strings to get Jey on RAW after “Main Event Jey” had walked out on WWE.
Jey addressed his return by noting that he had reached his breaking point when he was fighting with his family all the time. Sami Zayn interrupted and noted that while some people might have a problem with Jey coming to RAW, he was happy about it. He told Jey that he was proud of him for breaking away from The Bloodline and truly becoming “Main Event” Jey Uso.
Jey initially declined a handshake, but he changed his mind, as he and Zayn hugged.
Uso and Zayn were previously stablemates in The Bloodline. They then feuded on the road to WrestleMania 39, where Zayn and Kevin Owens beat The Usos to win the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.
