Despite the decrease in viewership, AEW Dynamite remained in first place in the demographic among cable originals overall last night. They defeated The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, a show that continues to be their biggest rival from week to week, according to Showbuzz Daily.
This week’s show kicked off with Chris Jericho defeating Claudio Castagnoli to become Ring of Honor World Champion for the first time. The main event of the show saw Jon Moxley defeat Bryan Danielson via knockout to become AEW World Champion for the third time. MJF watched the entire match from the stands with his poker chip that he can cash in at any point to receive a shot for the championship that Moxley now possesses.
