WWE is reportedly considering bringing one of the top stars of WWE NXT 2.0 to the main roster.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reports that WWE has had “serious discussions” about moving Solo Sikoa to RAW or SmackDown. It’s currently unclear which brand is viewed is the more likely destination. Sikoa’s brothers are the Usos, the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions, and his cousin is Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
Sikoa made his in-ring debut on the November 2 episode of WWE NXT 2.0, and he has been featured on the brand ever since. He has unsuccessfully challenged for the NXT North American Championship on multiple occasions. In his most recent televised match, he lost to Grayson Waller on the June 21 episode of WWE NXT 2.0. Sikoa last wrestled on the NXT house show on June 25; he teamed up with Bron Breakker and Apollo Crews to defeat Joe Gacy and the Dyad.
