Riddle has confirmed that Randy Orton will have surgery soon.
“The Viper” has been sidelined with an injury since he and Riddle lost the Tag Team Championship Unification Match on the May 20 episode of WWE SmackDown. The Bloodline beat down the duo after the match, and the former world champion hasn’t been seen on WWE TV ever since.
On the June 17 episode of WWE SmackDown, Riddle previewed his clash with Roman Reigns by focusing on his bond with Orton. He discussed their successful run as a team and his injury; “The Original Bro” stated that he knew Orton was watching at home and revealed that he has a surgery coming up. Riddle then expressed his love for Orton and played his “Voices” theme song to honor him.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful previously reported that Orton has been dealing with a back injury, and there had been some concern that he might have to get surgery, which would keep him out of action for the rest of the year.
