AEW Dynamite saw a slight drop in overall viewership and the key demo this week.
According to Wrestlenomics’ Brandon Thurston, the March 2 episode of AEW Dynamite brought in 966,000 viewers, which is down 4% from 1,010,000 viewers on February 23. In addition, this week’s episode of Dynamite scored a 0.35 (460,000 viewers) demo rating in the 18-49 category, which is down 11% from a 0.40 (517,000 viewers) in the key demo last week.
AEW Dynamite ranked eighth overall in total viewership on the night for March 2, down from third overall the week prior.
The March 2 episode of AEW Dynamite was highlighted by Bryan Danielson vs. Christopher Daniels, a match that led off in response to Tony Khan announcing he had purchased Ring Of Honor. Other matches on the show included the Casino Tag Team Battle Royale, Britt Baker & Jamie Hayter vs. Mercedes Martinez & Thunder Rosa and Adam Cole & reDRagon vs. Adam Page & Dark Order.
