Montez Ford is widely considered to be one of the most promising stars on WWE RAW; as one-half of The Street Profits, he showcased his impressive athletic ability and his natural charisma on a regular basis. Fans, analysts, and veterans alike often praise him. An all-time great has also commended the popular young star, as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson spoke highly of Ford in a recent post on Instagram.
The Rock‘s praise came as a response to Ford’s comments on a recent episode of Out of Character with Ryan Satin, where he described how “The Great One” has been a particularly meaningful inspiration for him.
The former WWE Champion then posted a heart-felt message on Instagram and complimented Ford’s passion before he stated that he’ll be rooting for him when he becomes a world champion some day.
@TheRock just shared a clip from the show on his Instagram.
Maybe this is a subconscious sign from “The Great One” ??? pic.twitter.com/valzRn2V2U

The Rock’s post is as follows:
Just taking a moment to tell this man @montezfordwwe how much I appreciate his kind and beautiful words ——– —
We’ve never shared the ring together, but pro wrestlers all have a very special bond.
Pro wrestling is a very unique, intense and wild culture that’s not for everybody.
When you love the wrestling business, you become very respectful about the wrestling business.
And when you’re respectful about the wrestling business, you become PASSIONATE about the wrestling business.
It seeps deep into your DNA.
Fans can always sense who’s passionate inside that squared circle ~ and who’s not.
This man is passionate.
We share that DNA.
(And he flys like the Superfly —-)
Keep kicking ass brother and give my love to your family.
And when you become world champion one day, I’ll be right there rooting ya on —

The Rock clearly believes that Ford has a bright future; for now, the high-flying star continues to compete alongside his tag team partner, Angelo Dawkins on WWE RAW. The duo came up short against Alpha Academy on the February 21 episode of the show.
