Injured AEW Star Teases Return at Dynasty PPV

A new update has come out about Kyle O’Reilly, as the injured AEW star has hinted that he might return sooner than expected, possibly at AEW Dynasty.

O’Reilly has been out since late 2025 due to multiple injuries, including a bulging disc in his neck and a broken arm. The neck problem was the biggest concern, and he spoke about it on AEW Dynamite in December 2025. Since then, he has stayed off TV to recover.

His last match was at AEW Full Gear in November 2025, where he beat Jon Moxley in a tough No Holds Barred match. That win looked like it would lead to a big run. But the injury was a setback.

However, O’Reilly has come back from serious injuries before. Between 2022 and 2024, he was out for a long time due to a major neck issue that needed surgery. Now, with Dynasty coming up, a surprise return in front of his home crowd would be a big moment for him.

Kyle O’Reilly hints at potential AEW return at Dynasty

O’Reilly recently appeared for an interview with This is VANCOLOUR, where he dropped a hint about his comeback. His timing is worth noticing since Dynasty airs on April 12 at Rogers Arena, which is close to his hometown of Delta, British Columbia.

He said he wants to be ready for the Vancouver pay-per-view.

“I really wanna be ready in time for the Vancouver pay-per-view, which is Dynasty, coming up this weekend from Rogers Arena. So wink, wink, nudge, nudge. Maybe I will be back in time for that,” Kyle O’Reilly said.

It would be a special moment for him if he were cleared in time. While AEW has not confirmed anything yet, his words make it clear he is working hard to return.

Now, whether he wrestles or just shows up, O’Reilly could end up making one of the biggest highlights of the night.
