Former WWE Superstar Jack Hager aka Jack Swagger recently spoke to Submission Radio and discussed his exit from the WWE. Swagger said that although WWE had been his dream job, there were other aspects like politics and getting along with superiors that Superstars had to deal with.
Swagger said although performing in front of thousands was what he was born to do, it came to a point where he wasn’t having fun anymore and the reasons why WWE were keeping him around weren’t the reasons why he wanted to be in the WWE, which led to his decision to leave. Swagger added that he needed a change and he needed to be pushed which led him to ultimately leave.
Swagged also said that it was the right time for him to focus on his MMA career and capitalize on the name recognition he’d built from being on television for 12 years.
