How Much Broadcast Time Did The Manhattan Center Get On RAW 25?

WWE Holy Foley star Frank the Clown was front row for RAW 25 in the Manhattan Center. He recently tweeted out his “constructive criticism” of how WWE handled The Manhattan Center portion of the RAW 25 event.
