TJ Perkins def Rich Swann
– Perkins won via submission with TJP Lock. Lots of showmanship early on, very fun match with some near falls. Swann sold a knee injury as part of the match and TJ concentrated on that. He actually got booed and a “bullshit” chant for winning due to Swann being so popular with the Full Sail crowd.
Bollywood Boyz def Sean Maluta & Ariya Daivari
– Bollywood Boyz won after hitting a top rope elbow drop combo on Maluta

Kota Ibushi def Brian Kendrick
– Early in the match there was a planned spot where Kendrick hit a neckbreaker on apron that saw Ibushi’s neck hit the ringpost. There was a bit of a screw up somewhere as Ibushi failed to make the count and Kendrick won the match originally, but William Regal ended up coming out to ringside saying he had just as much power here as on NXT. He ruled that the turnbuckle pad had been exposed and Kendrick couldn’t win like that, and the match was restarted. It’s unclear how much will air, but they redid the countout spot and went right back into the match. Plenty of high paced near falls, including Kendrick hitting a vicious looking Burning Hammer, before Ibushi won with a Golden Star Power Bomb. Said to be a excellent match.
After the match, Kendrick was visibly moved by all of the crowd chants and cheering for him. Daniel Bryan came into the ring (watch here) and embraced him and left as the crowd continued to cheer Kendrick until the show ended.
