Michael Cole announces they will have qualifying matches for the Money in the Bank ladder match.
Money in the Bank qualifying match: Sheamus vs Sami Zayn
Sheamus forces Zayn into the corner and laughs at him. Sheamus grabs Zayn by the head and takes him over with a side headlock takeover. Sheamus then takes Zayn down with a shoulder block. Sheamus hits the ropes, but he runs right into a heel kick by Zayn. Zayn lands a few punches, but Sheamus floors him with a boot. Zayn surprises Sheamus with a spinning head scissors, which sends Sheamus to the outside of the ring. Zayn follows, but Sheamus whips Zayn into the barricade. Zayn hops to the top of the barricade and moonsaults off onto Sheamus. Zayn rolls Sheamus back into the ring. As Zayn tries to get back in the ring Sheamus destroys him with a running knee lift.
After a short break, Sheamus flattens Zayn with a power slam for a two count. Sheamus tries to superplex Zayn, but Zayn pushes Sheamus off the top rope. Sheamus ducks Zayn’s attack and catches him in the Irish curse backbreaker. Sheamus hits the ropes, but Zayn obliterates him with a lariat. Sheamus hits the ropes again but walks right into a Michinoku driver for a two count. Zayn tries to walk the ropes for an arm drag, but Sheamus kicked Zayn’s foot off the rope. Zayn falls head first to the mat. Sheamus calls for the brogue kick, but Zayn dumps him over the top rope. Zayn is about to fly over the top, but Sheamus elbows him in the face. Sheamus rolls into the ring, but Zayn explodes out of nowhere with a helluva kick for the win!
Winner- Sami Zayn
After the match, Sheamus stands in the ring and is visibly upset.
