WrestleZone has been blowing up on Periscope and will be taking it to the next level this weekend for SummerSlam!
If you have not already, download the Periscope App in the iTunes store or go over to your already downloaded Periscope App and subscribe to the “WrestleZone” channel. In the past month since WrestleZone has launched on Periscope we have begun breaking news on our channel, presented a WrestleCrate box opening, streamed live wrestling matches from Wrestling Geekfest and more.
Saturday:
WrestleZone Executive Editor Nick Paglino & CSR’s Josh Isenberg will both be in attendance for WWE NXT:Takeover. They will be giving WrestleZone Periscope subscribers an on site look at how the Barclays Center is setup and fan reactions from the arena.
Sunday:
CSR’s Justin LaBar will be hosting his SummerSlam Pre-Show Party at 200 Fifth in New York City from 2-5 pm EST. Justin will be cutting in occasionally to stream portions of the event to fans on Periscope. He will then be heading to the Barclays Center for SummerSlam where we are hopeful he will be able to give fans an on-site look at the actual SummerSlam setup.
As soon as Justin wraps his up WrestleZone Radio’s Nick Hausman begins hosting his SummerSlam Pre-Show Party live from Duffy’s Tavern in Chicago. Nick will be cutting in to his Pre-Show to live stream the wild Chicago crowd to WrestleZone Periscope users.
During the actual SummerSlam broadcast Nick will occassionally be checking in on Periscope in between matches from Duffy’s. He will be gaging fans’ reactions to the show as it is in progress and giving any backstage, or off screen, updates as he gets them.
