This Sunday WrestleZone has teamed up with Chicago’s official WWE Blast Area, Duffy’s Tavern & Grille, to host it’s SummerSlam Party! If you live in Chicago you will be able to watch SummerSlam with other rabid Chicago fans on all of Duffy’s 47 HD Flat Screen TVs alongside WrestleZone!
Here is the schedule of events for WrestleZone and Duffy’s official Chicago SummerSlam Party:
4 pm CST: WrestleZone Radio’s Nick Hausman will be opening the doors to the event and starting to greet fans.
5 pm CST: Nick will be hosting a live, on-stage SummerSlam Pre-Show Party running down the SummerSlam card, playing games with fans and giving away prizes. The SummerSlam Pre-Show Party will be streamed live, in web radio form, on WrestleZone. Nick will be joined by a variety of friends, comedians and guests that will be announced throughout the week. (The SummerSlam WWE Network Exclusive Pre-Show will NOT be streamed live in Duffy’s due to legal issues with distribution. If you would like to watch the SummerSlam WWE Network Exclusive Pre-Show at Duffy’s you are welcome to use their free wifi, download the WWE app and use your WWE subscription to watch it on your phone.)
6 pm CST: SummerSlam goes live from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on all 47 of Duffy’s big, flat screen HD TVs! Nick will be taking over the WrestleZone Twitter account (@WrestleZonecom) and live tweeting results and reactions from fans in attendance at Duffy’s.
10 pm CST: WrestleZone’s SummerSlam Breakdown After The Bell special goes live from Duffy’s! Nick will be anchoring this special and will be taking calls from around the country! Fans will be able to find the live, web radio stream link on WrestleZone as soon as SummerSlam goes off the air. If you would like to call in the number is 844-743-7364!
(The SummerSlam Breakdown After The Bell special will NOT be played over the speakers at Duffy’s. Duffy’s will be airing the replay of SummerSlam as soon as it finishes. Fans are encouraged to attend and watch the replay if they cannot make it to the first airing. If you would like to listen in to the SummerSlam Breakdown After The Bell in the bar fans are encouraged to use Duffy’s free wifi and tune in on their phones.)
2 am CST: Go home, it’s Monday morning now, WrestleZone & Duffy’s Chicago SummerSlam Party is over!
Fans can also interact with WrestleZone’s Chicago SummerSlam Party by subscribing to the “WrestleZone” account on Periscope. WrestleZone will be streaming live from the event throughout the night with reactions and thoughts from the fans in attendance.
