Since debuting at the 2026 WWE Elimination Chamber, Danhausen has become one of the most entertaining personalities in WWE. The “very nice, very evil” star has been appearing in funny backstage segments on WWE Raw and WWE SmackDown, even though he hasn’t found an opponent yet.
With his bizarre and supernatural-style comedy, like his famous “curse” and the odd jar of teeth, Danhausen’s character gives WWE quite a few creative possibilities for future rivalries. Recently, WWE.com and The Pat McAfee Show contributor Mark Kaboly suggested a few interesting opponents who could face Danhausen.
Several WWE Stars Appear As Possible First Feuds For Danhausen
- R-Truth
One fun matchup for Danhausen could be with R-Truth. Truth is one of the funniest entertainers, and his unpredictable personality could work well with Danhausen’s unusual character.
Truth has a history of mistaking WWE personalities. He could mistake Danhausen with Sting or someone else who does face paint. There are a lot of comedy possibilities between the two.
Kaboly even suggested the idea of a tag team called “Truth-Hausen.” Truth also has a history of misunderstanding situations, and with Danhausen constantly cursing people, their segments could lead to some hilarious moments.
- Uncle Howdy
While R-Truth would bring comedy, Uncle Howdy could offer a darker storyline. As part of the mysterious Wyatt Sicks group, Uncle Howdy has a creepy and supernatural vibe that could clash interestingly with Danhausen’s mystical character.
Instead of comedy, this rivalry could focus more on psychological storytelling. The eerie themes of Wyatt Sicks could match well with Danhausen’s curses.
Kaboly even suggested a storyline where the WWE star tries to turn Uncle Howdy from “very evil” to “very nice,” which would be a mix of humor and mystery.
- Kit Wilson
Another possible opponent is Kit Wilson. His newer character, which talks about rejecting toxic masculinity, has become quite popular.
His personality-based storytelling might go well with Danhausen’s comedic style. The two have already exchanged comments on Instagram. Wilson once called Danhausen “very unhappy, very toxic,” and Danhausen jokingly responded by calling him “Kirt” instead of Kit.
As WrestleMania 42 is coming up, Kaboly even suggested that their rivalry could end in a special gimmick match.
- Paul Heyman
One of the more surprising ideas involves Paul Heyman. Even though Heyman doesn’t wrestle, his incredible speaking skills could create entertaining interactions with Danhausen.
Kaboly imagined a storyline where Danhausen reveals that he secretly cursed The Vision because they were not “very nice.” That could lead to Heyman ordering his group to go after Danhausen.
The former AEW star has not wrestled since debuting at Elimination Chamber in Chicago. However, he recently said he is eager to step into the ring during an appearance on the RAW Recap.
“So far, I’m just going through and cursing some fellows. [I] tried to make some friends, possibly setting up some matches so I can win! And then that gives me more money, and then it gives me a more likely chance to get on the truck,” the WWE star said.
Danhausen has already cursed stars like Dominik Mysterio and “Original” El Grande Americano. The Miz narrowly escaped it. So, one of them might also be seen as his future opponent.
