Chaos broke out on the March 10 episode of WWE NXT, and Booker T believes interim general manager Robert Stone should pay the price for what happened.
The situation happened during a triple threat match between Eli Knight, Jasper Troy, and Sean Legacy. The match took place live at the WWE Performance Center and was part of the fallout from NXT Vengeance Day.
Things were going normally at first, but the match suddenly turned chaotic when Keanu Carver showed up.
On last week’s episode of NXT, Carver interrupted a match involving the Vanity Project and the team of Shiloh Hill, Hank Walker, and Tank Ledger. During that moment, he confronted Booker T and told him to make sure Troy stopped mentioning his name.
Booker looked shocked during that confrontation, but things got even more intense on this week’s show.
Keanu Carver Put Jasper Troy Through the Announce Table
During the triple threat match, Eli Knight and Sean Legacy briefly worked together to take down Jasper Troy. The action moved around the ringside as the wrestlers traded some big moves.
Then came Carver. He attacked Jasper Troy and slammed him through the announce table, causing chaos around the ringside.
After that, Carver once again got in Booker T’s face and repeated his warning from last week.
Booker T looked angry and shaken by the moment. As officials tried to restore order, he blamed Robert Stone for failing to control the situation. “Robert Stone..this is his fault. Robert Stone needs to be fired,” Booker said.
Booker even suggested that something needed to be done about it because the environment did not feel safe. “Something needs to be done about this. You get security to security’s place. This place is not secure. My life is in danger out here and I don’t like it, damn it,” he added.
Knight and Legacy kept fighting.
In the end, both Eli Knight and Sean Legacy pinned their opponent at the same time, leading to a rare double victory.
