Dralistico is reportedly set to return to in-ring competition in the near future.
Last December, All Elite Wrestling star Dralistico confirmed that he had underwent surgery, with reports indicating that he had sustained and tried to work through ear injuries. Eventually, though, the pain became too overwhelming, hence his choice for surgery.
Two months later, a new report is providing a promising update on Dralistico’s condition.
According to Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer, Dralistico’s doctors have medically cleared him to compete in the ring. The next step rests on AEW.
“Dralistico is said to have been cleared by his doctors in Mexico and is awaiting clearance from AEW, so he should be back soon,” Alvarez wrote.
Dralistico last wrestled on the November 1 edition of AEW Collison (taped October 29), There, he, Sammy Guevara, and The Beast Mortos fell short to Komander, Mark Briscoe and Roderick Strong in a six-man tag team match. Prior to that, he wrestled in another six-man bout in Mexico’s Indy Wrestling on October 16.
Dralistico, a former AAA World Tag Team Champion, officially signed with AEW in November 2023, nearly one year after his initial debut. Since then, he has remained a member of La Faccion Ingobernable (LFI) alongside the likes of Sammy Guevara, The Beast Mortos, and Rush. Rush is currently sidelined with a knee injury, with his respective return timeline unknown.
