The Undertaker Gave WWE Star A Huge Opportunity Because They Asked For Help

Chelsea Green has revealed that one of the biggest opportunities of her recent career came from directly asking WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker for help.

Over the past few months, Green has been making waves across both WWE and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide. While she recently lost the WWE Women’s United States Championship to Giulia on WWE SmackDown, Green was a double champion, holding the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship alongside Ethan Page.

The duo captured the titles back in November 2025 by defeating La Hiedra and Mr. Iguana. Speaking on NotSamWrestling, Green explained how the AAA opportunity came together “So when I first got the call to go to AAA, it’s because I begged Undertaker,” Green admitted. “Like every single show that I’m on, I beg the producers.”

Green revealed that she isn’t shy about asking for chances. She even shared how she landed a recent WWE match by directly reaching out to management. “When I wrestled Soul Ruka for the United States Women’s Title, I messaged Shawn Michaels and Johnny Russo and asked for that match,” she said. “I didn’t ask for Soul, but I asked for a match. I’m out here just begging on my hands and knees like, ‘Please, someone let me wrestle.'”

When it came to AAA, Green said she went straight to the top. Green said, “So I messaged Undertaker first. I messaged Anthony Luke, who is Maxine’s husband now. I messaged him. I asked for Undertaker’s number. He wouldn’t give it to me, so he gave me Michelle McCool’s. I messaged Michelle McCool. Michelle McCool gave me Undertaker’s number.”

“Then I messaged Undertaker and JB, and I was like, ‘Please, I want to go to Mexico. I want to wrestle. I want to do whatever I can.’ He was like, ‘All right, say less.’ You know, he booked Ethan and me together. I didn’t think that was going to be the way that I went.”

“I didn’t care how I went. And I just couldn’t imagine a better story, like going there and winning a championship that I didn’t even really think existed. It wasn’t in the realm of possibility as I entered WWE.”

Green also spoke about making sure the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship received visibility on WWE television. “I wouldn’t take no for an answer,” she said. “I just brought it out on TV. Once it’s on TV, you can’t undo that.”

She added that promoting AAA has become a personal mission. “If I’m in AAA, I want to make sure the WWE audience watches AAA too,” Green said. “Everywhere I go, I bring the title. All the media appearances this championship is part of WWE history now, and we have to respect it.”
