Tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite saw another big upset in the ongoing Continental Classic.
During Wednesday’s episode, PAC and Kyle Fletcher met in a match of the Gold League of the Continental Classic. In a surprising result, PAC came out on top. He ended things by avoiding a big suplex off the top rope and instead sending himself and Fletcher down on the mat with a massive reverse hurricanrana.
After hitting a top rope reverse hurricanrana, PAC then won with his Black Arrow finisher. The win was important for several reasons. Not only did it secure him a tie in the Gold League of the Continental Classic, but it also meant that there was now a four-way tie for first in it. The loss was also Fletcher’s second in a row, casting his potential future Continental Classic chances in doubt.
