AEW Star Announces He’s Undergoing Surgery

Dralistico will undergo surgery.

AEW fans last saw Dralistico in action when he, Sammy Guevara, and The Beast Mortos fell short in a six-man tag match on the November 1 edition of AEW Collison (taped October 29). Given a new development revealed on Instagram, it seems that he will continue to be absent from the ring for a little while longer.

Laying in a hospital bed, Dralistico confirmed that he will soon undergone surgery.

“The day has arrived,” Dralistico wrote alongside his IG video, which showed him donning his mask as heads into the operation. “I’ll go into surgery in a bit and I’ll be in God’s hands. [Praying] so that everything goes well. Thank you for your good wishes. Thank you @aew for your support.”

As of now, the circumstances surrounding Dralistico’s surgery have not been announced by him, though a recent report indicated that he suffered an ear injury. There is no word on the timeline for his in-ring return.

Across All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor, Dralistico serves as a member of La Faccion Ingobernable (LFI) alongside Sammy Guevara, The Beast Mortos, and Rush. Guevara and Mortos recently won the ROH World Tag Team Championships at ROH Final Battle last weekend. In the months preceding that, Guevara and Rush reigned as champions, but due to a knee injury sustained by the latter, the respective pair had to vacate the titles.

WrestleZone wishes Dralistico as he recovers from his surgery.
