WWE’s Future Plans For Bron Breakker — Report

What does WWE have planned for Bron Breakker going forward?

After turning on Seth Rollins and being forced to hand the World Heavyweight Championship over to Adam Pearce, Bron Breakker wasn’t involved in the battle royal on RAW to help determine the next World Heavyweight Champion. However, that doesn’t mean WWE doesn’t know what’s next for him.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Breakker is expected to become the World Heavyweight Champion. The company has a plan on how and when to execute the move. However, they didn’t believe Saturday Night’s Main Event was the right place to pull the trigger. Noting that the event will only air on Peacock in the United States.

WWE isn’t expecting a big audience for the upcoming event and would rather have Breakker’s moment take place on a grander stage. This also explains why Breakker wasn’t used in the battle royal on Monday. If Breakker wasn’t going to win the title at Saturday Night’s Main Event, he would have had to have been eliminated in the battle royal, and the company didn’t want to put him in that position.

As for when WWE intends to pull the trigger on making Breakker the Champion, that is to be determined. But with Seth Rollins on the shelf for the foreseeable future, they probably aren’t in a rush to make it happen.

Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on Bron Breakker’s title push as it becomes available.
