AEW Dynamite Viewership Increases On 7/9, Demo Stays Even

AEW Dynamite saw an increase in viewership on July 9 for the All In: Texas go-home episode.

According to Wrestlenomics, 637,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, and it drew a 0.16 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is up from last week’s episode, when 613,000 viewers tuned in. The demo stayed even from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.16 rating in the same demographic.

Viewership for Wednesday’s show on MAX is unknown at this time.

What happened on AEW Dynamite this week?

This week’s show kicked off with a final face-to-face promo between Mercedes Moné and Toni Storm ahead of their match at AEW All In: Texas.

ProtoShita defeated Bandido and Brody King in tag team action. Konosuke Takeshita will challenge Bandido for the Ring of Honor World Championship at Supercard of Honor.

Megan Bayne won a four-way match over Tay Melo, Queen Aminata, and Thekla to earn the number two entrant in the Women’s Casino Gauntlet match.

In the main event of the evening, Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and the Young Bucks defeated Hangman Page, Will Ospreay, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Katsuyori Shibata in an All Star 8-Man Tag.
