Willow Nightingale Reveals Her Proudest Moment In Wrestling

Willow Nightingale recalls a fond moment.

Over the last two years, Willow Nightingale has claimed three major titles; the AEW TBS, NJPW STRONG Women’s, and CMLL World Women’s Championships.

Which title win meant the most, though? According to Nightingale, it was the TBS Championship, which she says also marked the proudest moment of her in-ring career.

“I am a big family person. So, for me, my biggest accomplishment was last year. I was able to win the TBS title and my parents and my younger sister were front row so they got to see it and be there for a very special moment for me,” Nightingale told Women We Love (H/T to Fightful for the transcription). Championships are so important to what we do, they help us keep track of like our growth, where we’re at at that moment in time and champs get the bigger payday. So you want to be the champ, but to have my family there to spend it with me makes it even better. Yeah, I think that’s probably the most special in my heart.”

Despite the TBS title win being the biggest accomplishment, Willow recently explained why the moment wasn’t fulfilling enough.

Nightingale captured the TBS Championship at the 2024 AEW Dynasty event in St. Louis, Missouri. On this occasion, “The Babe With The Power” defeated Julia Hart, then went on to defend the title against the likes of Skye Blue, Tam Nakano, and Mercedes Mone.

Currently, Nightingale is en route to AEW Double or Nothing, where she will compete in the Anarchy in the Arena alongside Kenny Omega, Swerve Strickland, and The Opps.
