MJF is already set to defend the AEW American Championship in CMLL. Now, he will put the title on the line in a RevPro ring.
MJF previously appeared in a video message at the CMLL event on July 19th and announced that he would defend his title at their August 2nd show. Templario later earned the right to challenge for the title.
On July 28th, MJF cut a promo on Michael Oku in a video message. After insulting Oku and all of England, MJF challenged Oku to ace him, and he offered to put his title on the line. RevPro then announced that Michael Oku will challenge for the gold at the RevPro Summer Sizzler event on August 11th.
