Dustin Rhodes highlights AEW‘s current success.
Rhodes appeared on a recent episode of Sports Guys Talking Wrestling when he was asked to describe how excited he is for the rest of 2024 in AEW considering how much has happened just in the last three months.
“We’ve been in business for five years and here we are. We’re on the rise,” Rhodes said. “It is a really big rise right now, and the wrestling business itself is great. We’re in good hands with Tony. We’re in good hands with the talent that we have. We’re a very special group of people. We’re family-oriented. We love what we do. We’re very passionate about it, and I think passion will win every single time.”
Thus far in 2024, AEW has added major free agents such as Will Ospreay, Kazuchika Okada, and Mercedes Moné to the roster. The company also celebrated the retirement of “The Icon” Sting at AEW Revolution.
