The TNT Championship was on the line on the March 20 episode of AEW Dynamite, as Christian Cage defended the gold in an “I Quit” Match against Adam Copeland. In the end, Copeland emerged victorious.
The chaotic match came to an end after Copeland cuffed Cage into the corner of the ring, and had Daniel Garcia and Matt Menard held him down. Copeland then began kicking his former friend, as well as hitting him below the belt. As Copeland went to hit him again, Cage finally gave up.
