AEW Rampage: Grand Slam featured a big title change.
The September 22 episode of Rampage was headlined by The Mogul Embassy’s Brian Cage, Toa Liona, and Bishop Kaun defending their ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship against Hangman Page and The Young Bucks.
Swerve Strickland’s presence loomed large, as he distracted Page throughout the bout. However, Hangman persevered and stacked up Cage for the thrilling victory.
This is now the second ROH Six-Man title reign for Page and the Bucks. They previously held the gold for 201 days throughout 2017-18. The Young Bucks also held the titles with Cody Rhodes in 2018.
The Mogul Embassy’s first reign now ends at approximately 286 days. They won the gold from Dalton Castle and The Boys at ROH Final Battle in December 2022.
