Several matches have been revealed for the Independence Day edition of WWE NXT.
The July 4 episode will include a high-stakes tag team match as The Dyad (Jagger Reid and Rip Fowler) will face off against The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed). Joe Gacy raised the stakes by naming the stipulation as a Loser Leaves NXT Match.
Plus, Roxanne Perez and Blair Davenport will look to settle their differences after several weeks of attacks. Davenport was previously revealed as the locker room’s mystery attacker, but she has continued to target Perez for the past month.
Elsewhere on the show, after his unfair refereeing on June 20, Mustafa Ali will be tasked with facing Tyler Bate in a singles match as he continues his journey toward a shot at the NXT North American Championship.
As previously noted, the July 4 episode will also include a NXT Underground match pitting Eddy Thorpe against Damon Kemp. A vignette on Tuesday night teased that Gable Steveson would accompany Thorpe to the ring, as he helped train him for the bout.
