Jinder Mahal surprisingly appeared on the January 10 episode of WWE NXT.
On the “New Year’s Evil” special, the Creed Brothers were scheduled to face Indus Sher (Sanga & Veer Mahan). Sanga came to the ring by himself, and as he drew the Creed Brothers’ attention, former WWE Champion attacked the duo from behind. He took the fight to them and left them lying. Mahal then grabbed a microphone and noted that while Indus Sher fights with respect, he does not.
OMG IT'S @JinderMahal ???

Mahal hasn’t wrestled on WWE TV since the November 11 episode of WWE SmackDown, where he lost to Braun Strowman in a first-round bout in the SmackDown World Cup. He faced Bray Wyatt at several live events in December.
Update: Mahal defeated Julius Creed in a singles match later in the show, thanks to some timely interference from Sanga.
