The Acclaimed (Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) will defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship on AEW Battle of the Belts V.
Caster and Bowens have been feuding for a few weeks, and the two teams clashed in a title match on the January 4 episode of AEW Dynamite. Lethal and Jarrett temporarily stole the win when “Double J” got the three count with The Stroke after Sonjay Dutt broke up a ropebreak. After referee Aubrey Edwards reversed the decision, Bowens clinched the victory with a roll-up on Lethal. Jarrett and Lethal were fired up after the loss, and AEW announced that they will get a rematch in a No Holds Barred Match on AEW Battle of the Belts V, which will air live after AEW Rampage on January 6.
