Liv Morgan Discusses Her Plans For Her Post-Wrestling Career

Liv Morgan has had a career year in 2022, but she has her sights set on the future.

At WWE Money in the Bank, Morgan cashed in her Money in the Bank Contract and beat SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey to win her first title in WWE. In doing so, she cemented her status as one of the most popular stars in WWE’s women’s division. Though Rousey eventually won the title back at Extreme Rules, Morgan remains a featured member of the women’s division. However, she is proactively preparing for her life after wrestling.

Speaking on Twin Talk with Haley & Hanna Cavinder, Morgan discussed her options outside of the wrestling world and stated that she is trying to eventually become a broker. She noted that she has also been taking acting classes, as she is dipping into a number of potential avenues.

“I have not started a business, but I enrolled in classes to be able to become a realtor and eventually a broker, have my own brokerage,” Morgan said. “But yeah, it definitely took a backseat, I think, to my training. I had kind of a quarter-life crisis, where I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m not doing enough with my life.’ So I picked up all these things, right, and real estate was one of them.

“I still want to follow through and finish with that, but I also opened up a soap business, and that’s doing really well, so I have a lot of fun with that. I’ve been taking acting classes, and so I’ve been auditioning a lot. So I’ve been kind of dipping my hand in all these lots to see what I can do.”

Morgan was also asked to describe what she sees herself doing after her in-ring career is over. She emphasized that she wants to get more into acting, as she has already had some opportunities. Morgan also stated that she wants to expand her soap business, and she repeated that real estate is on her mind as well.

“I think immediately, day after retirement, I‘d like to be doing movies,” Morgan said. “I’ve been lucky enough to have some opportunities within WWE. I was in ‘Chucky’ season two and I got killed by Chucky, which was a dream. It was amazing, it was so cool. I never get starstruck over anyone, but when I saw Chucky, I melted. I was so starstruck. I was able to participate in this movie called ‘The Kill Room’ with Uma Thurman and Samuel L. Jackson, and that’s yet to be released.

“So I’ve had these opportunities luckily while I have the WWE and while I have their platform, so hopefully one day, if I ever part ways, I mean I will wrestle forever, I kind of have my foot in a door with acting a little bit, and I hope to be able to more of that. Then my soap business, I hope to expand that. But yes, real estate’s always in the back of my mind, and that’s something that I hope I can fall on at the end of the day, regardless of any of these things.”
