Jamie Hayter captures the Interim AEW Women’s Championship. IMPACT Wrestling hosts Over Drive. The WWE Women’s WarGames advantage is secured. Lady Frost chats with WrestleZone, and much more! Let’s break it all down in this week’s edition of Women’s Wrestling Wrap-Up!
AEW Full Gear: Toni Storm vs Jamie Hayter
All Elite Wrestling hosted its annual Full Gear pay-per-view over the weekend. Three marquee women’s matches were featured on the card, including two championship bouts.
First, reigning Interim AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm defended her title against one of the company’s fastest-rising stars, Jamie Hayter. There, the two dueled back and forth, hitting each other’s biggest moves on each other. However, some outside interference came into play.
Hayter’s allies Rebel and Britt Baker later entered the match at ringside, with Rebel actually getting ejected by the referee. In the end, however, Jamie Hayter landed a giant lariat on Storm to finally secure the victory and her first title in AEW.

Saraya Returns To The Ring, TBS Title On The Line
Earlier in the evening, Saraya returned to the ring for the first time in nearly five years. After announcing her clearance to compete in the ring, “The Glampire” geared up to take on former AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker.
The “D.M.D.” would control the early portions of the match, targeting Saraya’s previously injured neck. Baker would later attempt the Lockjaw submission on two occasions, but Saraya managed to escape from both. Ultimately, Saraya landed her signature Rampaige finisher to clinch the win.

Elsewhere on the card, Jade Cargill defended her TBS Championship against “The Native Beast” Nyla Rose. In recent weeks, Rose gained possession of the title, forcing Cargill to sport a replica model during her matches and appearances. By the conclusion of their Full Gear match though, Cargill regained her actual title by defeating Rose, and extended her undefeated streak to 42-0.
A recap of the match can be viewed below, courtesy of our live coverage page:
TBS Championship: Jade Cargill (c) (with Kiera Hogan and Leila Gray) vs. Nyla Rose (with Vickie Guerrero and Marina Shafir)
Rose, Guerrero, and Shafir enter in a low rider as an apparent tribute to Eddie Guerrero. Rose takes a cheap shot at Hogan at ringside. Cargill gains an early advantage and sends Rose spilling to the floor. She hits a pump kick that sends Rose into the crowd. Rose takes control as the match returns to the ring, and she gets a two count with a splash. Cargill catches Rose with a boot to the face. Rose counters a dive from Cargill and plants her with a neckbreaker.
Rose hits a diving knee-drop while Cargill is hung up on the ropes. Cargill hits a Beast Bomb for a two count. Rose counters Jaded and hits Cargill with her own finisher for a two count. Cargill hits another pump kick and gets the win with Jaded.
Winner and still TBS Champion: Jade Cargill

IMPACT Over Drive
IMPACT Wrestling hosted its Over Drive event on Friday from Louisville, Kentucky. There, the Knockouts showed up and showed out with three enthralling matchups.
First, the Death Dollz put the Knockouts Tag Team Titles on the line against Tasha Steelz and Savannah Evans. Taya Valkyrie and Jessicka coordinated well together, as the latter landed her Sick Driver on Steelz to gain the pinfall, retaining their tag team titles in the process.

Last Knockout Standing
Later in the evening, Jordynne Grace and Masha Slamovich collided in a rematch for the Knockouts Championship. The month prior, Grace fended off “The Russian Dynamite” in an incredible bout at Bound For Glory, but Slamovich wasn’t finished.
Two squared off once again with the title at stake, but this time, it was a Last Knockout Standing stipulation. Once again, Grace and Slamovich delivered impressive performances, but a massive Juggernaut Muscle Buster through a door would prove to be too much for Slamovich. Grace managed to rise to her feet before the referee’s count of ten, as Slamovich lay on the floor, unable to reach her feet.
Therefore, Jordynne Grace remains the Knockouts Champion.

Who Gets The WWE Women’s WarGames Advantage?
WWE revs up for Survivor Series: WarGames this weekend.
In Boston, Massachusetts, ten women will battle in a brutal five-on-five WarGames matchup. There, Bianca Belair teams with Asuka, Alexa Bliss, Michin (formerly Mia Yim), and one other partner that they will announce later this week on SmackDown. On the other side, Bayley will lead Dakota Kai, IYO SKY, Nikki Cross, and Rhea Ripley on her team in hopes of coming out with a victory.
Last night on RAW, one representative from each team came forth to vie for the WarGames advantage — where the winner would earn the entrance order favor for their team in the respective match. In the main event, Asuka battled Rhea Ripley with the advantage on the line.
Though a valiant effort from both competitors, outside distractions would soon come into play. Damage CTRL first arrived alongside Nikki Cross to cheer on Ripley. RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair then entered with Alexa Bliss, rooting on Asuka. Eventually, “The Nightmare” managed to land her signature Riptide for the win, securing the WarGames advantage for her team.
After the match, however, an all-out brawl ensued between the teams, including Michin plowing Ripley over the barricade.
The closing moments of the match can be read below, courtesy of our RAW live coverage page.
Ripley dropkicks Asuka off the top. Backstage, both women’s WarGames teams are watching the match from different monitors backstage. After the break, Asuka fires up and lands a German suplex. Asuka tries a roll up but Ripley reverses it into the Prism Trap. Asuka escapes and hits a basement dropkick for a near fall, Asuka reverses Riptide into an armbar. Damage CTRL shows up at ringside. Bliss and Belair walk down to ringside. Ripley hits Riptide for the win.
Winner- Rhea Ripley

The IWGP Women’s Championship tournament has finally determined a winner.
From Tokyo, Japan, Mayu Iwatani and KAIRI clashed in the finals at the co-operated show, NJPW x Stardom Historic X-Over. As the duo headlined, one opponent gained the upper hand, or elbow. In the closing moments of the match, “The Pirate Princess” hit her Insane Elbow drop off the top to score the victory. Therefore, KAIRI is the brand new, and first-ever, IWGP Women’s Champion.
