Colt Cabana returns to AEW Dynamite.
Going into the November 2 episode of AEW Dynamite, Chris Jericho promised to put his ROH World Championship on the line against a mystery opponent who was a former champion in Ring of Honor. After a brief promo from Jericho, Colt Cabana made his entrance to a big pop from the Baltimore crowd. Ultimately, Jericho pinned Cabana to retain.
Cabana, a former two-time ROH World Tag Team Champion, has not competed on Dynamite since the November 24, 2021, episode when he faced Bryan Danielson. Cabana’s presence on AEW programming has been scaled back, although he has been featured on both of Ring of Honor’s pay-per-views since Tony Khan took over.

Cabana was a major talking point during the All Out media scrum that featured controversial comments from CM Punk. Tony Khan has gone on record to state that Punk’s arrival in AEW had nothing to do with Cabana being shifted to ROH.
