Skye Blue has a deal with All Elite Wrestling, but the specifics are unclear.
Blue, 22, debuted at the April 7 taping of AEW Dark: Elevation in 2021, and she has frequently competed on AEW Dark ever since. Support from her hometown crowd in Chicago helped her get a spot in the Casino Battle Royale in 2021. She has also wrestled on a few episodes of AEW Rampage; most recently, she and Dante Martin unsuccessfully challenged Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo for the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship on the August 12 edition of the show. Overall, she has competed in nearly 50 matches in AEW.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reports that Blue is under some type of agreement with the company. AEW has never shared an “All Elite” graphic of her, so it’s unclear exactly what kind of contract she has. Blue remains active on the independent scene, but Sapp cited promoters who noted that booking Blue requires AEW’s approval.
