WWE will celebrate the one-year anniversary of NXT 2.0 next week.
The September 13 edition of WWE NXT 2.0 will celebrate one year of the 2.0 era. The episode will also feature the reveal of who is NXT 2.0’s Superstar of the Year. NXT previously held year-end awards from 2015-2020, but did not last year in the midst of the rebranding.
The anniversary episode will also feature The Creed Brothers challenging Pretty Deadly for the NXT Tag Team Championship in a match where the fans will pick the stipulation. Pretty Deadly captured their second NXT and NXT UK Tag Team titles at Worlds Collide by winning a four-way elimination match.
Additionally, Carmelo Hayes will defend his NXT North American Championship against an opponent voted for by the WWE Universe. Ricochet made it clear he’s not done with Hayes after he defeated Trick Williams on the September 6 episode.

Two tag team matches have been confirmed as Tony D’Angelo and Stacks will take on Cameron Grimes and a mystery partner of his choosing. In the women’s division, Zoey Stark and Nikkita Lyons will team up for the first time to take on the duo of Kiana James and Arianna Grace.
Lastly, the next generation of NXT 2.0 stars will be showcased when Javier Bernal takes on Hank Walker, and “The Super Diva” Quincy Elliott makes his NXT 2.0 debut.
