Father and son will clash on the August 24 edition of AEW Dynamite.
During the August 19 episode of AEW Rampage, Billy Gunn addressed his sons’ betrayal this past week on AEW Dynamite. He stated that they called down the thunder, and they’re going to get it. He vowed to “spank their ass”, and he’s going to bring some friends along. At this point, The Acclaimed arrived and scissored “Daddy Ass”. AEW subsequently confirmed a singles bout between Billy and Colten for Dynamite.

Elsewhere on the show, Britt Baker will aim to climb her way back into contention. On Friday night, she stated that she just found out she wasn’t “needed” for AEW All Out. With that in mind, she stated that if she won’t be part of the show, she’ll happily watch the drama unfold between AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa and Toni Storm, noting that they’re a “toxic” team.
