WWE SmackDown viewership dipped on August 5.
According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, 2.093 million viewers watched the show on Friday. This number is a bit down from last week, when 2.19 million viewers watched the show.
In the 18 to 49 demographic, SmackDown scored a 0.49 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, which is also down from last week (0.52).
Smackdown was #1 in P18-49 for Friday. Rampage was #5 among cable originals and #19 including broadcast primetime. The cable rank is Rampage's best since April.

Thurston noted that SmackDown ranked #1 in the demographic on Friday night.
This week’s episode featured a gauntlet match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Plus, Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns addressed Drew McIntyre, and Ricochet faced Happy Corbin.
