WWE has announced a major change to the card for WWE SummerSlam.
On the July 27 edition of WWE’s The Bump, Kayla Braxton announced that Riddle suffered a brachial plexus injury, which has resulted in some weakness. “The Original Bro” has been medically disqualified, and he will not be cleared to compete until he has full strength. As a result, his SummerSlam match with Seth “Freakin” Rollins has been postponed.

Rollins attacked Riddle at the end of the July 25 episode of WWE RAW and hit a Stomp on Riddle on top of the steel steps.
WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
Update: Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported that Riddle’s injury is kayfabe, and there’s a plan to do the match at some point in the future, likely at Clash at the Castle in September, but that could change. Ross Sapp cited sources who noted that the change was made due to “creative adjustments”, and he also reported that Rollins is still set to be in Nashville for SummerSlam weekend.
