Wardlow is the new AEW TNT Champion.
On the July 6 episode of AEW Dynamite, which was held in the hometown of the late, great Mr. Brodie Lee, Scorpio Sky was tasked with defending his TNT Championship against Wardlow. Sky was flanked by Ethan Page, Dan Lambert, and other members of American Top Team. With no disqualifications, Sky utilized a low blow, interference from his teammates, and a title belt to the head.
Despite the assistance, Wardlow valiantly put away Scorpio Sky with a series of powerbombs to score the win and his first TNT Championship. Wardlow celebrated his very first AEW title win with confetti and pyro.

Sky’s second TNT title reign comes to an end at 70 days.
