Two more superstars have qualified for the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
On the June 10 episode of WWE SmackDown, Drew McIntyre faced Sheamus in a qualifying bout. The clash ended in a double disqualification, as the two warriors hit each other with chairs. After the bell, and even by the end of the show, it was unclear whether either man had qualified for the ladder match.
The following week, Pearce invited both men to the ring to inform them of his decision. Sheamus said that putting McIntyre in the match would be a huge mistake; whereas “The Celtic Warrior” has successfully cashed in the briefcase before, McIntyre has been cashed in on. Pearce then unveiled his decision and stated that Sheamus will enter the match. The former champion started bragging, and McIntyre attacked him. They started brawling, but Pearce intervened and revealed that McIntyre will also be in the match.
