Warrior Wrestling announced on Friday that they will be returning to Chicago, where they’ll put on a show ahead of All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Forbidden Door event on Sunday, June 26, 2022.
Warrior Wrestling’s event is being billed as a Matinee event, and it will take place at the Malcolm X College — which is located across the street from Chicago’s United Center — at 2 p.m. EST on June 26, 2022. No official talent or matches have been announced as of yet, with that information set to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
The official press release from Warrior Wrestling is as follows:
Chicago, Illinois (May 6, 2022) – Warrior Wrestling announced today the promotion will return to its home base of the Chicago area with its first City of Chicago show at Malcolm X College on the afternoon of Sunday, June 26th with a 2:00pm bell time. Malcolm X College shares a parking lot with the United Center, which will play host to AEW and New Japan Pro Wrestling’s “Forbidden Door” extravaganza that evening.
Talent and matches will be announced in the coming weeks.
Tickets are available at www.WarriorWrestling.net and start at $25. This is a family friendly event. Kids 16 and under are FREE to the GA section and to the VIP Fan Fest with a paying adult.
The VIP Fan Fest runs from 12:00 to 1:30. A $100 VIP Fan Fest ticket includes autographs and pictures with every single wrestler on the card. The Fan Fest ticket is separate from the show ticket. Card is subject to change.

A special VIP Fan Fest is also set to occur, with tickets on sale for $100 as their own ticket, separate from the Warrior Wrestling event itself. The VIP Fan Fest will run from 12-1:30 p.m. EST, and will include autographs and pictures with every single wrestler who will be on the card.
