Jonathan Gresham has emerged victorious in wXw’s 16 Carat Gold Tournament.
Westside Xtreme Wrestling concluded the tournament with a third night of action at Turbinenhalle 1 in Oberhausen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland, which is now available on wxwNOW.
In the finals, Gresham defeated Robert Dreissker to win the competition. “The Octopus” defeated Shigehiro Irie in the semi-finals, while Dreissker picked up a win over LuFisto in the same round to advance. (H/t to Fightful for the results of the tournament.)

This win is the latest of many accolades for Gresham, who is widely viewed as one of the best wrestlers in the world. He is the reigning Ring of Honor Original World Champion, and he has competed all over the globe.
Gresham is currently scheduled to defend his title in a Champion vs. Champion match against Bandido at ROH Supercard of Honor on April 1.
