The weekly rise in AEW Rampage ratings has finally come to an end. According to Showbuzz Daily, The 2/4 episode of Rampage didn’t quite make the previous week’s number of 601,000 as Friday’s episode roped in a 540,000 viewership number, making it 7th overall in cable. This in turn also had the 18-49 demographic see a drop as the 2/4 show accrued a 0.20 number in comparison to the 1/29 rating of 0.25. The 1/29 episode drew Rampage’s best number since October.
Although pre-recorded, the 2/4 episode wasn’t short on substance as there were two feature title matches and Mercedes Martinez mader her singles debut against Thunder Rosa. Sammy Guevara successfully defended his TNT Championship against AHFO’s Isiah Kassidy. The main event featured a very competitive bout as Ricky Starks defeated Jay Lethal clean to retain the FTW Championship.
